How it works
ADR Referral Process
Selection of ADR Service Provider or Centre
The parties to the case may, with their mutual consent, select the ADR service provider or ADR centre from the approved list.
Costs & Fees
The costs and fees for ADR proceedings are borne by the parties in an agreed proportion or determined by the concerned court.
Power to Refer a Case for ADR at Any Time
With the consent of the parties, the court may refer a pending case to an ADR service provider or ADR centre under the Act.
Judgment and Settlement
The agreed settlement is submitted to the concerned court for confirmation and further proceedings under the applicable law.
