About PMAC

A government-backed forum for mediation and arbitration

Resolve Disputes. Restore Harmony.

The Punjab Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) offers parties in Punjab a fair, efficient and confidential forum for resolving civil and commercial disputes outside the courtroom, under the authority of PADRA.

The Punjab Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) is an institution of PADRA, established to provide parties across Punjab with an accessible, government-backed forum for mediation and arbitration. Where IMAC operates under the federal Ministry of Law and Justice, PMAC operates under PADRA — the provincial authority created under the Punjab Alternate Dispute Resolution Act 2019 to institutionalize and oversee ADR across the province.

PMAC is PADRA's operational front door for mediation and arbitration: the centre where cases are heard, panels are convened and settlements are recorded, while PADRA continues to accredit ADR providers, maintain standards and drive province-wide ADR awareness.
